WHAT IS BELLS & BEERS?
In 2015, EDK created and introduced Bells & Beers℠ to the Twin Cities – kettlebell strength training classes at local craft breweries! There is no other brewery workout like this... The one-hour training session provides detailed instruction of foundation Hardstyle Kettlebell exercises with cast iron kettlebells. Classes are designed for learning and practice. Safety, proper use of kettlebells and technique is top priority, while combining mobility and basic bodyweight training skills in a spirited team setting. This high energy workout finishes with a cool-down and an awesome craft beverage of your choice. No alcohol during the workout.
Bells & Beers℠ sessions are open to all fitness levels – no experience required. These events are a fantastic compliment to any exercise routine and a refreshing opportunity to train in a unique setting. B&B students share in the positive group vibe and meet other fitness (and beer!) enthusiasts in the community during this demanding, yet fun sweat sesh!
Do not expect advanced kettlebell exercises at Bells & Beers℠ sessions.
Do expect to learn and be challenged with a kick-ass workout.
Sounds awesome, right?!
TAP INTO YOUR STRENGTH... COME TO SWEAT. STAY FOR THE REWARD!
