Training programs are open to kettlebell, barbell, bodyweight and/or a combination of suitable skills, plus mobility and stability drills – adaptable to your other fitness modalities and lifestyle. In 2020, I looked online for a kettlebell trainer who could teach me virtually, and found Ericka. I wanted to continue working with kettlebells in one-on-one sessions with a well trained professional, and it’s been a very rewarding experience. Ericka is knowledgeable, encouraging, motivating, and very thorough with her explanations, demonstrating proper technique and form to ensure I am safely and effectively using kettlebells.

Online Kettlebell Coaching

REMOTE SESSIONs

$100 • 50 minutes

5 SESSIONS • $50 OFF
10 SESSIONS • $150 OFF

Remote coaching via FaceTime or Zoom. Students must have access to necessary equipment and space to allow for adequate movement and two-way audio/visual communication.

Weekly program included in 5 and 10 session packages.

Recommended for beginners to kettlebell, barbell and bodyweight training or new to EDK. Best for current practicing students requiring technique guidance and refining.

Online Training options & Remote Sessions include warm-up drills specific to individual need and program skills.
All contracts, programs and remote sessions are non-refundable.
